England legends Martin Johnson, Danny Care, and Chris Ashton have all secured spots in the line-up, while Italy great Sergio Parisse is also set to feature in the BBC's coverage.

Scottish representation comes from John Barclay and Chris Paterson, with former referee Nigel Owens on hand to explain the finer points of officiating and clear up any contentious calls.

Meanwhile, Ugo Monye will once again front Six Nations Rugby Special, airing every Sunday on BBC Two and iPlayer, recapping the weekend's biggest moments.

Andrew Cotter continues as the BBC's lead commentator, with Sara Orchard, Alastair Eykyn, and Gareth Rhys Owen handling highlights duty.

However, Hartley, who was part of last year's Six Nations coverage, has been cut from the line-up. Former France hooker Ben Kayser has also been dropped.
