According to RugbyPass transfer guru Neil Fissler, Leicester are keeping tabs on Libbok as Handre Pollard prepares for a return to the Bulls after his stint in the Premiership.
Racing 92 is another club linked with the 27-year-old, and despite Libbok's current contract with the Stormers running until mid-2027, the French giants could still be in the hunt for his signature.
Libbok has expressed a desire to stay in Cape Town, but his recent injury troubles and rising competition for the Stormers' No 10 jersey could influence future decisions.
Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu is now seen primarily as a fly-half, adding further pressure on Libbok's starting spot.
