"Joins Brother Curtis" – Northampton Saints Confirm Signing of Nathan Langdon

Northampton Saints have confirmed the signing of Nathan Langdon, ahead of the 2024/25 Gallagher Premiership season. The hooker arrives at Franklin’s Gardens after completing his studies at Loughborough University, where he gained valuable men’s rugby experience with Sale FC.

Nathan joins his brother Curtis Langdon at the club, with both brothers now pushing to be the first choice hooker for Northampton. Nathan Langdon (23), is three years younger than his older brother Curtis, and has rarely had the opportunity to share a training pitch with him. Speaking to the Saints, Langdon expressed his excitement at joining his brother in green, black and gold.

"I've never been at a club with Curtis before, we've never played together. There's a bit of an age gap, so we didn't play junior rugby together even when we were at the same teams. So being on the pitch together, even just on the training field will be great."

"I've watched Northampton a lot over the last couple of seasons, especially last year when Curtis made the move here. I'm really excited to get involved and play a part in what will hopefully be another successful season for the Club.”

“Saints are a big team, with a big history. But what drew me in was that players come here and seem to get better. You only have to look at Curtis' game and the way it developed last season to see that.”
