
Jamie George's brother plays international rugby for a very different country

England captain Jamie George has been a mainstay of the international rugby scene for many years, with Steve Borthwick appointing him skipper ahead of the 2024 Six Nations.
The 33-year-old, who has dedicated his entire career to Saracens in the Premiership, boasts an impressive list of achievements: three Six Nations titles, three European Champions Cups, and six Premiership titles.

However, his brother Gareth George took a different path in the sport.
While he didn’t reach professional levels in England, Gareth continued to pursue his passion for rugby overseas.
Gareth, who also plays as a hooker, recently represented the Thai Rugby National team against Singapore, having qualified on residency grounds.
He currently plays his club rugby in the Thai Premiership for the Bangkok Bangers.
