Vodacom Bulls loose forward Elrigh Louw and Stormers flyhalf Manie Libbok’s long-term injury prognoses have yet to be determined.
Louw suffered what appeared to be a serious knee injury during the first half of the Bulls’ win against the Lions at Ellis Park last weekend.
While the Bulls have not provided an injury update on the player, Rapport claims Louw has not undergone surgery due to swelling and a fractured leg.
The 25-year-old will only find out after the operation if he will be able to play again this year.
Meanwhile, Libbok on Saturday went for a scan on the knee he injured during the Stormers’ defeat to Leinster in Dublin.
According to Rapport, a decision has yet to be made on whether the Bok No 10 will require surgery.
He could be sidelined for four weeks to six months.
