Mavericks Marcus Smith and Manie Libbok will headline several key match-ups when England and the Springboks clash at Twickenham on Saturday.
The selection of Marcus Smith and Manie Libbok at flyhalf for their respective countries for Saturday’s Test match, has rugby spectators chomping at the bit for the looming battle between these flashy playmakers.
ENGLAND TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT: MARCUS LEADS THE WAY
There are four changes to the starting side that was narrowly beaten by Australia last weekend, as Ollie Sleightholme, Jack van Poortvliet, Freddie Steward, and Sam Underhill all come into the team.
England’s halfback-axis sees Smith joined by Leicester scrumhalf Van Poortvliet, while the midfield sees Henry Slade link with Ollie Lawrence once again.
In the back three, Tommy Freeman shifts to the right wing, Sleightholme takes the left slot and Steward is selected at fullback to round off England's starting XV.
Sale Sharks wing Tom Roebuck is included among the replacements for the first time this autumn, alongside Luke Cowan-Dickie, Fin Baxter, Dan Cole, Nick Isiekwe, Alex Dombrandt, Harry Randall and Ford.
