SQUAD UPDATE: England head coach Steve Borthwick has been forced to make some changes to his squad ahead of the Six Nations opener against Ireland in Dublin on February 1.
Curtis Langdon (Northampton Saints), Arthur Clark (Gloucester), Ben Spencer (Bath), Henry Pollock (Northampton Saints), and Raffi Quirke (Sale Sharks) have been called into England's Six Nations squad as preparations begin at the team's training base in Girona.
The five new players replace Jamie George (Saracens), Alex Coles (Northampton Saints), Jack van Poortvliet (Leicester Tigers), Alex Dombrandt (Harlequins), and Alex Mitchell (Northampton Saints), all of whom sustained injuries while playing for their clubs over the weekend.

Mitchell will travel with the squad to Girona to continue his rehabilitation.
George, who was replaced as England captain by club teammate Maro Itoje, limped off with a hamstring problem late in Saracens' 24-32 Champions Cup defeat against Castres.
