Hudson, who made a massive impact as Senior Coach during the club's debut in Premiership Women's Rugby, was promoted to Head Coach ahead of the current season.

Before joining the Tigers in 2023, Hudson was Head Coach at Ampthill Rugby and Lead Coach at Cheltenham Tigers. The club’s General Manager, Richard Wilks, praised Hudson's leadership and tireless work to develop players in a competitive league: "Tom has been a brilliant leader, and while there’s much more to say, the time for farewells will come at the end of the season."

Assistant Coach Luke Stratford will also leave the club after the season wraps up. Having joined alongside Hudson in the first PWR campaign, Stratford has previously coached at Longlevens RFC, Hartpury University, and Cirencester RFC.

The Tigers have already started searching for a new head coach to lead the women’s programme next season and beyond. Watch this space for more updates!
