Tries from Tom Rogers , Macs Page, Blaire Murray and captain Josh Macleod maintained the Scarlets' 100% historic record against the visitors.
For Zebre, a single try for their efforts from Ben Cambriani early on was all the Italian side could muster in a game which fell away from them after the half time break.
The Scarlets broke the deadlock with an Ioan Lloyd penalty but the scores were brought back level straight away through a drop goal from Zebre fullback Geronimo Prisciantelli both inside the opening five minutes.
Zebre burst into the lead after a great team worked try topped off by Ben Cambriani.
A beautifully placed cross field kick from Giovanni Montemauri landed pinpoint in the Welsh winger's hands allowing the winger to cross over for the lead.
Scarlet's reduced the gap to the visitors to just two points with another penalty from Lloyd after Zebre were penalised at the ruck for being off their feet 40-meters out from the uprights.
It was the hosts who snatched the lead through the Welsh live wire Tom Rogers.
A great break from the Scarlets saw Taine Plumtree break down the wing before feeding Rogers the ball and Scalets crossed over the whitewash the break into the lead.
A cagey affair for both sides in the first half. Zebre's physicality shone for the visitors but their penalty count hundred them getting a further foothold in the game.
For the Scarlet's a flurry of handling errors kept the home side pinned back from furthering their advantage in the first half.
It was the hosts who raced into the second half with a great try from Page the young centre leaving the Zebre defence in his dust with an inch perfect running line.
The Scarlets made it a quick fire double after plum tree again made a great break before finding blaire in the corner to reinforce the homeside’s lead to fifteen points.
A powering line out drive saw the Scarlets secure their fourth try and in turn their bonus point for the game when skipper Josh Macleod broke away from his fellow pack to cross the whitewash.
