Bath Rugby are hopeful they've won the battle to keep England centre Ollie Lawrence at The Rec, despite ongoing speculation about his future.
According to Mail Online, Lawrence is deep in talks with Bath, and while nothing is signed just yet, the club doesn't appear to be bracing for his departure.

Harlequins were rumoured to be circling for the powerhouse centre, but it now seems Bath might have held firm.
Earlier chatter suggested that the club had looked at Scotland captain Sione Tuipulotu as a potential replacement, but with Tuipulotu re-signing for Glasgow, all focus shifted back to keeping Lawrence in the West Country.
Lawrence joined Bath under dramatic circumstances in 2022 after Worcester Warriors collapsed, and it didn't take him long to make an impact. His performances earned him an England recall during the 2023 Six Nations, and he capped off a sensational season by being named Premiership Player of the Year.
The 25-year-old’s growing influence in the national team was recognised in October when he became one of the 17 players awarded an RFU Enhanced EPS contract.
DID YOU KNOW?
Before choosing rugby, Ollie Lawrence had trials with Aston Villa and Birmingham City and even played age-group cricket for Warwickshire. By 15, he was already making his mark in Worcester's academy.
