Leinster Rugby secured a commanding 47-21 victory over Bath Rugby in their Investec Champions Cup clash at the Aviva Stadium Despite Bath taking an early lead with tries from Alfie Barbeary and Tom de Glanville, Leinster responded with two tries from Robbie Henshaw and one from Jack Conan, narrowing the gap to 21-19 at halftime

The turning point came in the second half when Bath’s prop, Beno Obano, received a red card, reducing Bath to 14 men. Leinster capitalized on this advantage, adding four more tries through Garry Ringrose, RG Snyman (twice), and Jamison Gibson-Park.This dominant performance not only maintained Leinster’s unbeaten record but also secured them home advantage in the knockout stages.

LEINSTER RUGBY PLAYER RATINGS

15 – Hugo Keenan – 7

A solid fullback performance, showing his ability under the high ball and his willingness to chase kicks. Keenan covered the space well and made it difficult for Bath to exploit gaps.

14 – Garry Ringrose – 7

Ringrose showed his quality once again, offering himself in support for attacks and making necessary tackles to slow down the Bath momentum.

13 – Robbie Henshaw – 9

Scoring an early first half brace to get Leinster back into the game, the centre was a standout performer in keeping the Irish sides 100%-win streak going. Henshaw's work rate ended up being too much for the Southwest side to handle.

12 – Jordie Barrett – 8

The Kiwi displayed his rugby IQ throughout tonight's fixture. His quality decision making in the centre of the park and strong tackles kept Leinster solid.

11 – Jamie Osborne – 6

Osborne was comfortable collecting the ball from kicks but struggled to offer himself in attack for much of the game.

10 – Sam Prendergast – 7

Converting four of five kicks and linking the play. Prendergast controlled the game well and created space for his fellow backs through delayed passes and nice steps.

9 – Jamison Gibson-Park – 8

Gibson-Park was by far the best number 9 to play today. His awareness of oncoming defenders and ability to slow or speed up the game brought an ease to the home side. He also got to show off his pace when collecting a loose ball from 30 meters out and racing to the try line.

8 – Jack Conan – 7

Scored a try from a pick and go, using his power and leg drive to push over the line. He was physically dominate and caused havoc all game.

7 – Josh Van der Flier – 7

Much like Conan, Van der Flier offered himself in both defence and attack, completing everything which was required of him.

6 – Max Deegan – 5

Deegan was quiet today but made no mistakes, completing his duties.

5 – James Ryan – 5

Ryan came off early into the second half, after an underwhelming performance. The Irishmen will be looking to improve for the upcoming Six Nations.

4 – Joe McCarthy – 7

The much better starting second rower. McCarthy was solid in the line outs and made good carries all game.

3 – Rabah Slimani – 8

The Frenchman was quality in that front row. His strong scrummaging was too much for Bath at times, which helped ease the pressure for his teammates.

2 – Ronan Kelleher – 7

The hooker offered his usual solid performance, providing support round the rucks and in attacking plays.

1 – Andrew Porter – 8

Like Slimani, Porter was great in that front row. Both worked superbly well in disrupting any Bath momentum. He'll be feeling confident going into the Six Nations.

LEINSTER REPLACEMENTS

16 – Gus McCarthy – 6

Completed the basics well and done what was required.

17 – Cian Healy – N/A

Not on the pitch long enough.

18 – Tom Clarkson – 6

Came on and completed his duties, quiet but solid.

19 – RG Snyman – 9

The South African giant made an incredible impact off the bench. Scoring twice through his dominate carries and enormous reach, the Bath defence was too tired and couldn't handle his strength. He also recycled the ball well and proved himself in the lineouts, as usual.

20 – Caelan Doris – 8

The captain sets the bar for his teammates and made sure to bring energy and leadership. He completed strong carries and won penalties through dominate rucking.

21 – Luke McGrath – 7

A standard performance from McGrath, getting himself involved as much as possible.

22 – Ross Byrne – 6

Completed his one and only conversation and played nice passes.

23 – Jimmy O'Brien – N/A

Not on the pitch long enough.

BATH RUGBY PLAYER RATINGS

15 – Tom de Glanville – 8

Probably the best Bath player today, scoring twice to help his side stay in the game. Gave great support in the attacks, showing off his clinical finishing and was defensively sound.

14 – Joe Cokanasiga – 6

Not the celebrations Cokanasiga would've hoped for prior to the match. Making his 100th appearance for the club, the winger made some disruptive tackles but struggled to get involved in much attacking play.

13 – Ollie Lawrence – 7

The English international had moments of quality, through speed and commitment to push Leinster back. Lawrence made a darting run to cut through the defence and confidently offloaded it, setting his teammate up for a try.

12 – Max Ojomoh – 6

A quieter performance from centre partner Ojomoh. Nice line speed at times but a lack of attacking threat.

11 – Ruaridh McConnochie – 5

The winger lacked involvement today and delivered a poor performance.

10 – Finn Russell – 7

Not Russell's greatest performance but completing all three conversations and playing a pivotal role in the first two tries. The Scotsman's efforts were noticed.

9 – Ben Spencer – 5

A poor display from Spencer. Made a couple basic errors, which didn't help Bath build on solid foundations.

8 – Alfie Barbeary – 7

The number 8 played well but was taken on and off multiple times due to Obano getting two cards. He scored the first try and completed turnovers and strong carries.

7 – Miles Reid – 7

Reid gave a lot of energy and effort in today's game. He showed a willingness to make it to breakdowns and complete tackles all game.

6 – Ted Hill – 7

Much like his fellow flanker, Hill offered a good work ethic in a tough match.

5 – Ross Molony – 8

A huge shift from the former Leinster player. He knew it'd be a tough game, and he left everything he had on that pitch. Maximum effort from Molony.

4 – Quinn Roux – 8

Roux put in a shift as well. Completing a high number of tackles in just 50 minutes. The second rower played a good game.

3 – Will Stuart – 5

Being announced in the English Six Nations squad, Stuart will want to look to improve his game. A very average game for a quality player.

2 – Nial Annett – 5

Good defence and scrummaging but like Stuart a very average game.

1 – Beno Obano – 2

A game to forget for Obano. Receiving two yellow cards and getting the red in the 59th minute. Obano was hardly on the pitch and dented Bath's hopes to qualify into the round of 16.

BATH REPLACEMENTS

16 – Tom Dunn – 5

Didn't offer much but completed his duties.

17 – Francois van Wyk – 5

Like Dunn, just completed his duties and couldn't really make an impact.

18 – Thomas du Toit – 5

A quiet performance and no impact was made.

19 – Charlie Ewels – 5

Was in and around rucks, completed his duties.

20 – Josh Bayliss – 5

Will be looking to improve before the Six Nations, wasn't involved enough but also didn't have much time on the field.

21 – Louis Schreuder – N/A

Not on the pitch long enough.

22 – Orlando Bailey – 6

Tried to create plays but it was too little too late.

23 – Jaco Coetzee – 5

It was an average performance and didn't get involved enough.
