"Every game is an opportunity" – Wales captain Jac Morgan's optimistic look ahead of underdog battle with Ireland

The good old-fashioned Triple Crown is on the line in Cardiff on Saturday, as Ireland will aim to make it a hat-trick of wins against the Home Unions at Principality Stadium.
They began the Six Nations with a 27-22 victory over England and then last timeout, put aside Scotland 32-18. Ireland are by far the favourites for tomorrow's clash in Cardiff, but in the short time Matt Sherratt has had, is it enough time to improve this Wales side.

Speaking at the Captain’s Run, Wales skipper Jac Morgan, who will be starting on the blindside tomorrow, said: "Every game is an opportunity.
"We are disappointed with the run, but it's not through any lack of effort. We always give 100% and we'll do the same tomorrow and see how the game goes.
"The fallow week was a week where we refreshed and re-energised. Matt has come in with his style of play and the boys have really bought into it. We've had a good week of preparation.
"We always want to enjoy playing the game, that's the reason we started playing when we were young. We need to play the best we can and do it with a smile on our face.
"Hopefully, it will be the day we win here for the first time in three years in the Six Nations. Anything can happen on the day in international rugby," added Morgan.
Wales have only scored 15 points so far in this year's Championship as they fell to a brutal 43-0 defeat at the Stade de France against France to begin their Championship. Last timeout in Rome, they were defeated for this first in the Eternal City since 2007 as Italy recorded a 22-15 win.
Matt Sherratt has made eight changes to Warren Gatland's team that lost in the Italian capital, bringing back in form players such as Gareth Anscombe, Max Llewellyn and Harlequins Jarrod Evans, who could potentially play his first game for Wales since summer 2021.
Ellis Mee is named on the wing, where he will pick up his first cap, replacing injured Josh Adams. There is an entirely new front row as Nicky Smith, Elliot Dee, and WillGriff John all come in to start for the first time this Six Nations.
Interim Ireland head coach Simon Easterby has named hooker Dan Sheehan as captain as he will lead his Nation for the very first time. This is because Caelen Doris has been ruled out due to sustaining a knee injury. Jack Cohan replaces Doris at eight, and Mack Hansen returns to the Irish team after missing the Scottish clash at Murrayfield.
