Two key players for the Lions are reportedly weighing their future plans, with one eager to stay at Ellis Park while the other remains uncertain about his next move.
According to Rapport, No 8 Francke Horn is in advanced talks to extend his relationship with the Johannesburg outfit, where he has thrived under coach Ivan van Rooyen.
Despite interest from abroad, 25-year-old Horn is set to commit to a long-term deal, following in the footsteps of teammate Henco van Wyk.

Horn has been a standout for the Lions since 2020, earning praise for his ball-carrying, intelligent running lines and game awareness.
However, it is understood that winger Edwill van der Merwe is undecided about staying with the Pride or pursuing opportunities overseas.
Having made his Springbok debut in 2024, the 28-year-old speedster's rising market value could see him consider a move to Europe before he turns 30.
