Watch: Sharks stars return to action

The likes of Vincent Tshituka and Bongi Mbonambi hit the gym and training field with gusto in preparation for the Sharks' three upcoming Vodacom URC derbies in a row.

John Plumtree's charges return to URC action on Saturday against the Vodacom Bulls at Loftus Versfeld, after their last outing on 25 January – a bonus-point win in Cardiff that moved the Sharks up to fourth on the log. They face the Lions in Johannesburg on 1 March before hosting the Pride at Kings Park on 8 March.

The Sharks will be without wing Makazole Mapimpi – serving a three-week ban for foul play – and have a long injury list that includes Eben Etzebeth, Ox Nche, Andre Esterhuizen and Aphelele Fassi, but Emmanuel Tshituka and James Venter look to be on the mend as they join their teammates in the weights room.
