Fijian midfielder Semi Radradra has been ruled out of Lyon's round-of-16 Challenge Cup playoff against the Sharks at Matmut Stadium on Sunday.

The 32-year-old sprained a knee during his side's 28-14 Top 14 defeat to Bayonne last weekend and will be sidelined for two weeks, according to the club.

Lyon will also be without tighthead prop Cedate Gomes Sa (shoulder) and wing/fullback Davit Niniashvili (concussion), both of whom played against Bayonne.

Hooker Samuel Matavesi, tighthead prop Jermaine Ainsley, loose forward Pierre-Samuel Pacheco, scrumhalf Martin Page-Relo and flyhalf Paddy Jackson are all still unavailable for selection due to injury and rehabilitation.

Lyon qualified for the Challenge Cup playoffs after winning three of their four pool games, and are currently seventh on the French Top 14 log.
