
Vote! Who is your SA Rugby Sevens Player of the Year?

SPOTLIGHT: The BlitzBoks faced plenty of challenges in 2024, but they survived and delivered some memorable moments.
In the third part of Rugby365's SA Rugby Awards instalment, readers can vote for their BlitzBok of the Year.
Three players have been nominated for the award and they all helped South Africa qualify for and win the bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Paris.
They are BlitzBok captain Selvyn Davids, Zain Davids and Ryan Oosthuizen.
The ceremony will take place on Thursday in Cape Town.
While it is difficult to select the ultimate winner, only one can walk away with the title.

Selvyn Davids
The 30-year-old from Jeffreys Bay has been one of the standouts for the South Africa Sevens side.
He is a sweeper for the team. He has 38 tournament caps and scored 701 points.
He captained the side that claimed bronze at the Olympics in Paris in 2024.
Zain Davids
From Cape Town, the 27-year-old attended and played first-team rugby for Rondebosch Boys' High School.
The former Junior Springbok also had a short stint with the Sharks, before fully committing to the BlitzBoks.
The prop has 50 tournament caps and scored 225 points. He was a key figure when BlitzBoks broke their nine-year drought at the Cape Town SVNS.
Ryan Oosthuizen
The 29-year-old hails from Stellenbosch and plays prop for the BlitzBoks.
He made his debut in 2017 at the Hong Kong SVNS and has 52 tournament caps with 225 points.
Oosthuizen is a workhorse and played a vital role in the BlitzBoks' defensive systems during the Paris Olympics and beyond.
