Nche makes call on playing future

CONTRACT EXTENSION: Springbok prop Ox Nche has signed a new deal that will keep him in Durban until at least June 2028.

The 29-year-old has been linked with a possible move to a French outfit, but poured cold water on the subject back in September during a Rugby Championship press conference.
"I have not heard anything from any French club," said the 29-year-old.
"I asked my agent when I saw the article and he actually said he would handle it.
"But I have not heard anything and there have not been any discussions.
"So, as far as I know, I am happy to stay in South Africa."
